Found at race point backside..
Found this plug at the race on the last week of june. It was just floating along crying for a home. Wonder who lost it. It had a chunk of leader or line and a bent siwash hook.
Now BM you cannot claim this one, It's not a needle!

I lost a big yellow plug at RP then, but not that one! Lost a couple more that day, too.

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

Well Don, ya found Slips lost popper, with the bent hook... did ya find what bent the hook?, I think that's what Slip is really crying about... If you find a red-headed yellow KF popper at nauset, please let me know, however, I doubt you will find it, it was headed towards Portugal at warp 8 the last I saw of it, with most of my leader attached to it
Slip, LI... I feel your pain.

well Slip -- sounds like this one is yours. I'll try to keep it comfy til I see you again. That is if somethin doesn't eat it again. Just proves the plug is a goodie. The hook was well bent. maybe you hooked one of the horseheads out there.
Karl - I know that feeling! Sort of makes you weep, especially if you saw the monster before it broke off.

It looks like one I lost but I don't paint the eyes like that. Bassmaster is wrong.
maybe it was a local guys' plug.
I've lost so many plugs I everytime
A horsehead will do that to the hook, I saw 2 guys get spooled one day, one at sunrise and the other at sunset. I'll get out the gorilla gear when those things are arond fron now on.

E that sucks but I understand what your up against. I had two two years apart and did not fish for weeks on end when they were little. No babysitters or daycare. Wife and I would have none of that, one of us was always with them. She went out the door to work when I came in and vice-a versa. It sucked but I think the kids are better for our sacrifices. ( It didn't help when my buddies came by to show me fish) Kudos to you for being a good Dad.

Flap yoru right, its so hard. Add to that running a glass studio and maintaining a house.. phew i dont know how people do it with more than one little rug rat.
The bass will always be there for me and hopefully they will be around for my grand kids to enjoy too

the trick with kids is to get them conditioned to say ""daddy i want to go fishing", then you have no excuse to go.the look on their face when they catch their first snapper or what ever will last a life time.
