This rod will handle large plugs (2 oz up ), eels,(canal, beach, rockpiles), and large jigs. all guides are fuji newer style(large diameter) located in plymouth,ma. work in quincy,ma.

The blank length is 11'-6" cut to 10'-0. much easier to cast with.
