I don't know him but I think saw him at the state derby awards in Feb. He likes to bottom fish for seabass and scup. (and he must know what he is doing because I see his name on the board often)

Thanks MSM. He is an old HS friend, he used to fish alot with my brother(sometimes with me too) that I kinda lost touch with (went fishing with him many times before he moved to the cape). I guess I'll have to catch a Governers Cup fish to see him again. He does like to ground fish, thats "fur sure".
