Hitting the Ice

Went up to a spot in southern Vermont last weekend and met up with a few of my friends. After a slow day we were getting ready to pull our tip ups and get out of there, when one of the flags went up!! A few minutes later We pulled in this pike. 32 inches real healthy looking fish. Got a few pics and then sent her back in to the hole so she can make some baby pikes this spring!! I'm a striper guy but this was a nice "off season" activity.
