Question What PENN reel is this ?

I have an older PENN. Boat reel. typical style, black with metal edge reinforcing. Two clip on rings on top on either side.

It only says 6/0 on the side, it is a senator. .the books don't call them 4/0, 5/0, 6/0 etc...
No other description on it like capacity..

I think its a 114
Yes or no??

yup. Could be a Special Senator Series 114H chromed bronze spool a Senator ll Series 114HL anodized aluminum spool or just a Senator. All 3 are 114's. I think the only difference is the spool material and line capacity. P.

Thanks, then "by the book" it will hold 525yd/50 lb line, that should be enough for charlie !!!!! One set up is done: now the second,

I am looking at the Diawa SLD 30 2 spd. I think its a bit smaller, but looks like a quality reel. Have not matched a rod yet, that will be easy, its the reel for now.

Opinions ????
