one of my customers i had today is selling his tools

, as he is going into assisted living for older people, anyway, he has a benchmount drill press, not sure of the year, but it looks in very good shape. its 1/6 hp, 3 speed from 700 - 3000 max rpm, and he's throwing in about 30 miscellaneous bits. the drill press itself is about 2 feet high, base to top. do you guys think this is a decent deal? i see the 10" craftsman d.p. new for $100, but not sure if that is sufficient for plug building. i'm also not sure if 1/6 is strong enough, they all seem to be made at least 2/3 hp these days. thanks in advance for any help.
