Florida plugs--

i am making a few needles and pencil poppers for a friend who will be fishing for snook in the Gulf next month. Anybody have any suggestions on colors?

Skippy got 2 snook on my black and gold large spook this winter ,, 1st time out .. Pm Skippy over there .. He fishes for them ..

I have fished quite a bit down there. Lots of silver with black/blue backs. Flesh/cream/white colored are popular too. The majority of the baits down there are in these color patterns. (shrimp/threadfin herring/grunts/pinfish etc)

I'd spin a few poppers and spook type plugs as well. Walk the dog under the mangrove overhangs and around dock structure. But if he is from down there, he knows the drill!
