Let the fun begin....
Got an email this morning from one of the Narragansett guys that there was a 52# Bass taken in Narragansett in the surf Tuesday PM.
No details.
I love it. April 6th and the rumors have already started. There will be a traffic jam at the Wall this weekend.

Last year there was a rumor that Iron Mike got a 70 lb striper in early May.When I got the call I had just left Mike's house and I said "Well he didn't mention it." Ahh ....the fabric of fishing .

I`m in a not fishing mode for a bit but yesterday in the Wareham area I was sitting in my vehicle looking at the water. I saw some commotion in the corner of my eye and saw large rings going out from an area.
No ducks, gulls....nothing nearby....focussed on the spot and 20 seconds later a big swirl again 30 ft from the original....all this at a distance of approximately 250 ft.
Got my mind burning and my heart surging.

Heard there were some schoolies showing at the light in Narr. later this week too (Thursday I think). I don't know if I can believe that though.
Know some folks are starting to put some time in at the Breachway in Charlestown,, but havn't heard of anything good coming out of it as of yet.

You can. There are bright fish in some of the estuaries in SE Mass, so there have to be some down there, too.
