Condos
Anyone here live or ever lived in a condo? I've been looking around and there seems to be some really nice condos priced well. So i'm looking for some feedback on them. Pros and Cons welcome! The condos in my price range seem pretty damn nice compared to some of the pure crap im seeing out there for houses.

Any comments?
