Seeing that S-B does not do online transactions, deal in secrets of National Security, or request significant personal information (everyone lies anyway) there is little reason for S-B to get a SSL Certificate. Seeing that Trustwatch is basically looking for SSL certificates - typically used for online ecommerce transactions - which have little to do with communities like S-B that don't sell stuff....
So in a nutshell, with regards to S-B, Trustwatch means diddly poop...
