Packing for Cutty
I can't believe how much stuff i need to bring 
I am bringing all thses plugs because if I don't, that will be the one I may need, you never know. I am like a boy scout trying to be prepared.
I'm nuts.
and here's the three plug bags I packed for the first night, a canyon bag, a small aquaskinz bag and a tall small aquaskinz bag. all three stuffed.
and I bet all I will need is this one Eelpunt needle 
everything but this

Last fall I went to BI and forgot my two plug bags...
Picked up a few Scuds and ho'd the rest...was actually pretty nice not hauling that bag all over...but we still didn't get squat

Keep it simple and light, Slip.
By day, 2 pencils, 1 swimmer, 1spook, 1popper, 1 tin.
By night, 4-5 needles (the one you showed is perfect), 1 swimmer, 1 jointed eel (you got a nice one there), 1 slow water darter, and some rubber if you can cast it.
I can't think of where you would use a bucktail from shore.
Carry a backup light.
Pray for some cloud cover.
There are some decent fish around.
