fire at 35 Old Plymouth Rd.

I see Stan Gibbs former home on 35 Old Plymouth Rd burned and was labeled suspicious. Many memories of sitting with Stan there talking plugs, fishing, trapping and WWII. Damm shame.

Why even try.........

Nice memories Flap . at least you have those ..I remember that house up for sale a few years ago .. It was listed with workshop .. Fantisized about how great it would be buying that house and making plugs in Stans old shop . Talk about mojo .. Closes I ever got to Stan was a polaris popper on the wall at Red Top . Your lucky to have known him . My memories are of dad .. drunk in the garage .. boxing my ears and kicking me in the arse.. not a fun guy to be around ..

That's too bad. My aunt lives two doors down from the old gibbs homestead. Used to gawk at the plugs and listen to John and Stan tell surf stories in there on many occasions.

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind
