Barrett Jackson Car Auction

If there are any other car enthusiasts on the site, you may want to check out speedvision if you have it on Cable/Satellite. The Barret Jackson car auction from Scottsdale AZ is on this weekend (been on for a couple days already). Some really nice cars on there.

If you thought collectible lures were expensive.............................

Ya,that 40 Ford coupe, $80,000, i think i saw Karl in the audience bidding on it.

The 67 Vette, $70,000, i think that was Clammer's original tow car.

40 Coupes

there's a few nice 40 coupes on www.roadsultans.com

HEY GET OFF MY SCREENNAME! j/k Hiya!

I had a box of animal crackers the other day. The box said 'do not eat if seal is broken.' I opened the box, the lion was OK, the elephant was OK, sure enough, the darn seal was broken.

actually Don, that one is a 37, with a small pick up bed wellded into what uses to be the trunk (prolly a WW2 era conversion, when the ban on new cars was in effect).. the long sloped trunk lid is gone, and a lot of welding took place back there.. someone will buy it, and convert it back to a coupe, I am sure.. I was surfing around the coupe sites this weekend, you can get all kinds of sheetmetal for the old Fords of the 30's and 40's.. even floor pans and deck lids!
