Great time, learned enough to be dangerous.... At least I could replace a guide now. There are a tremendous amount of factors these rod builders must consider when building a custom stick, and we were priviledged to learn from some very good and generous builders. I learn something at every gathering of this site. Always good to put faces to screen names too!
Thank you, Mike, Barb, and our other instructors!

Oh, Barb, you were right, I did bring the brownies....keep the plate

Lots of fun to see everyone, and to take a stroll down memory lane with Big Dave.

Thanx John, Mike, Barb and Felicia.

I had to work, so I had to cancel. Trying to be careful with the days I have left. Sounds like my brother and I missed a good time.

Cool

I snagged the last of the SALSA and devoured it, Mrs. Link loved it also, was it a homemade secret recipe? I even put it on sushi halibut rolls with wasabi yummie.

Mike, Barbara & Felicia thanks for a great day.

I thought I'd spend a couple of hours learning how to build rods.
Spent almost 6 hours learning rod building, put faces with names and eating and eating. Great !

Met some new faces and old.

You're certainly very gracious to open your home up to us.

thanks again,

Bruce

Enjoying Life !

Thanks mike, barbara, felicia, big dave, and everyone else who was there. I had a great time meeting everyone and learning a thing or two about building.
this was my first sb get together, and it will probably not be my last.
it was incredible to be around so many knowledgable fisherman and to have everyone talking and sharing "war" stories.
I felt right at home.
i've started setting up my basement so i can make my own rods and break my bank account on fishing related hobbies...my girlfriend thanks you for that .
thanks everyone
