350 Hp 4-stroke yami

5.3 litre V8 Wow! is there no end! 805#

Reading the review it appears they are targeted for those 40' CC

That would go great on my boat if the transom could take it.

Engine out of the box no controls will be around 25K. These will be run with there new electronic controls (fly by wire) setup.

Definitely looks as though they are aimed for the big 30+ outboard boats.

They say they are going to go bigger with this in the future based on the same block. Supposed to mount on the same hole pattern as the 200,225, and 250's. Question is can your transom or scuppers work with it?

Yea really, what does that monster weigh?
It may not be any better because of the weight to HP ratio.

Why bother with an outboard when you have that big of a boat.... diesel, no question about it. It seems like a waste to me...
