in between tides use to go over murderes row and pic up flounder like that . You being an old canal rat I'll guess there..

Not the canal
An early schoolie spot in a sheltered bay.
Put the jon boat on the roof and rowed out (thats me behind the camera, someone had to take a pic.)

I use to love fishing for them as a kid, they eat great too.
