Nice Wednesday Off

Finally got a day off on my vacation week, yes I worked the past two days (of my week off) and got to work tomorrow.
Took the fisherkid out today, action was slow around the outer islands, but we managed a couple near Brewters and Pt. Allerton.

Got a nice surprise when a small seal popped up next to the boat (only feet away) to say hello, it looked like a pup, as he stopped and checked us out. He hung around us for a few minutes then Bye Bye.

Ataching a couple of images cause the kid gets a kick out of it. He is starting a collage of all his fish pics.

Nice shots! Fish always look their best just out of the water.

Wow. Did you get called in or what? That's gotta hurt. Looks like you two had fun, though. Can you post a pic of the critter?

Mighty:

Yes called in on my cell phone while out in the boat the previous day.

Critter ??

Do you mean the seal?
If so, i didn't think to grab the camera at that time, sorry.
It would have been nice though, cause he/she was so close
to the boat.
I am actually wondering if people have been feeding the little guy, and he was looking for a handout.
I hope not....remember the old rule... a feed animal is a dead animal, (referring to wild ones of course).
