Fall Bunker Spoon Tactics?

I know we talked about this tactic before but with fall right around the corner, I'd like to know what works?

I have never used a bunker spoon but I heard white is the preferred color. I'd like to know what you think in regards to color, size, leader material, trolling speed & pattern. Also when to begin using them?

I'd be trolling two spoons on wire, with the t-rod holders angled out to the side.
