Bossman Gets Hammered....

..so the johnr fights a fish to bottom of the chute and the fish hangs up real good. says hold my rod and crawls way down to free the fish...as if out of nowhere these huge rollers come in he just disappears- repeatedly. huge waves breaking over him and when they subside there's jr holding on- thank God for ballast . freekin' guy was like aqua man. well he frees fish without damage to himself or fish ......earlier he says you think we should wear our drytops- i say nah..........

I'm fine. Was never any danger

In fact, it was exhilarating, like usual, in spots like that, just very wet

And would have been real good if the bass stuck around instead of the rat blues showing

Really, it was not that bad. It was wet, snotty, and a bit sporty - but it wasn't that bad...

Most of you know I'm fairly cautious and last night was still in the realm of doable. In fact, I enjoy playing submarine when the rollers roll over me . Felt like I was in an igloo with my headlamp on as I was only in the whitewater (though it was a lot of whitewater)

Fun & sporty, but not overly dangerous...

I'll give style points for getting stuck under water, I had rollers trying to bust me against some rock faces - you can guess where

Worse if it was November.

Be encouraging, not discouraging
