How do you catch a State Trooper ?

You just need to use a Rick Hern Special Plug...Very hard to come by...However, Rick is taking orders 6 months out.
His lures are very affective at attracting the very elusive State Trooper...Now I'm not one to BURN a Spot but I think Rick did mention RT24 north bound from $#$#@#$$.
I was very fortunate to see one of these lures get rigged up...Keep in mind you do need to tie the knot just right and you also need to make sure the lure is anchored to the Vehicle from behind and well hidden...Just ask George...Now you just need to troll at a steady 70 MPH and WHAMO you might just get lucky
