What do you guys think about that n/e wind for 5 days

Down here we were hopeing that things would p/u I've been told that the n/e blows the bait down the sound and it's a good time for big fish.You can't prove it by me was out 3 of the 5 days to no avail, some nice blue, but no Bass.

friday morning, wind out of the northwest, albies at my feet
saturday morning, wind out of the northeast, albies 50 yards off rocks
sunday morning, wind out of the east, albies farther out...
