Weekend Plans??

What's up for the weekend?

Going to be nice and warm, probably one of the last like this we'll see for a while. This third week of September has usually been a pretty good week of fishing in a lot of places too - so get out there!

I'm going to get out, especially as this is my last crack for a week as wife goes away for a week and I have 100% son duties (which is cool, just wish it wasn't on one of the best weeks to nightfish)

So what's up for the weekend?

Leaving for Truro in about half an hour. Probably will fish a couple hours each morning before she wakes up.

Definitely will be hitting the Lobster Pot in p-town. mmmmmm.......lobster, tuna sashimi roll-ups, and octoberfest.

Maybe pick up some wood or swag at Nelsons.

.

Jezzz that brings back some fond memories. I use to stay at a small p-town cottage eat at the Lobster-Pot and pay for it all with bluefish and then fish for bass by night. Great times.

Creep around Harwich & Chatham tonight for bass. Up early to tuna fish with Keepereaper tomorrow. Bass fish again tomorrow night and Sunday at dawn.

Heading out for lunch in a few with the Mrs to commemorate 22 years of wedded bliss, try to tune in the Sox on 1080 WTIC on my patio tonight over a chilled 30 pack, hopefully tomorrow convincing the clan on heading to the shore for the last blast of summer that's predicted and so I can get in a few/many casts while they bask.

Two kids in hockey, I'll be at rinks 5 times this weekend. In between paint the house. It's lookin like I should pulled my boat for the season after Labor Day!

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day ...
show him where to fish and ... you'll be sorry

Who are the Bruins?

I'm stuck in tonight and tomorrow. Out on the boat Sunday am and back in time to watch some football and relax.

New boat is almost ready to splash, motor is on and running, but has a chokje problem and I can start it with out manualy choking it, and the old Evinrude doesn't have a manual lever, you have to remove the cover and do it.

But all else is in working order and hope to get this fixed and do some end of th season fishing!
