Choopy

Anyone used the choopy metal lip swimmers, 1 1/2 oz, or have an opinion on them?

I have a couple of the small one's they swim great.
Much better than some of the more expensive plugs out there with the fancy paint jobs

They swim nice. Like Flaptail said the needles work well. My only negative comment on the needles is I don't agree with having just a teaser on the back of a large needle. I've landed many bass on the back hook of a needlefish. Sometimes I think bass suck them in from the rear of the plug but I could just be crazy!

You must have gotten the 1.5 oz. The .5 and 2 oz. do not.

Luds... The reason I don't put a rear tail hook on the 5/8 oz needle is because a 2/0 or 3/0 siwash would be the match for that plug, and I don't have a lot of faith with that hook and a decent fish. The reason I don't put it on the 2 oz needle is I don't think that it is really necessary with the rear belly hook. But I know people do want the rear siwash hook and put it on themselves. Thats cool. If I didn't buy a plug because of the hooks on it, I wouldn't own a whole lot of plugs.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
