I'll pass on the saba (mackeral) but Unagi is delicious..
id take a chunk of toro any day of the week over most 'normal' high end meats.

I know many people eat uncooked fish and meat, but my opinon is you shouldn't. Many unsavory things can occurr inside a body when you ate something inside which a worm was living or worse.

hey
some people like to eat dried cock roaches, monkey brains ,dogs and okra too...
all the more for them...
i love to cook food when i'm in that kinda mood
usually i'm not though
there's an old saying
eat only those foods that won't spoil
if left out in the sun
and in most cases fish will spoil

I love all seafood, but it's gotta be cooked!!
I dont' like the rolls either because they are rolled up in seaweed, which taste like...... seaweed.

when it is REALLY fresh there is nothing better. I personally like the belly served very chilled with fresh wasabi with a glass of Kettle-One on the rocks. After a day on the water reeling in tuna, a hot outdoor shower this is my favorite appetizer...
