Wrong. I may have spent one or two nights there I think.

wasn't there a fellow last year or the year before that basically lived out of his wagon for 2 months during the fall run ?? Talk about stinky feet

sleeping or camping on the island is not allowed, period. if you don't get caught were you actually sleeping in your car? during the summer months the local authorities are on more of a lookout for that kind of thing, but this time of year you can probably get away it no problems.
