WTF? MS/HP BS ...

So I purchased an HP Pavilion dv6810 us Entertainment Notebook PC on April 30. The system was around $725 or $780, I don't really remember, but had to go as cheap as I could.

That said, apparently I cannot use Microsoft Office anymore, as I cannot edit documents with my system. I contacted the HP chat line for assistance, and they said that I need to buy the Microsoft Office package ...?

Since when has that been the case? Every computer I have ever purchased has always had all the software I needed to do the basic chores and now I can't do them at all? I know I didn't spend a lot of money, but this is bull!

I passed my return deadline and would certainly get rid of this piece of dogfish #$%&*#@#$ if I could.

Any thoughts? This really is BS, and I am really pissed.
Thanks for any advice you can provide.
