Race Pt Explodes

OK, shoot me if you think I'm wrong, but I will not consider this spot burning as Race Pt beaches are about ten miles long, but........

A ton of bass early this morning, twenty to thirty pounds, heavy metal and bucktails into the north wind.

When it's like this, $%#@ the seals, they hide and people pulled in a bunch.

We had two charters yesterday on the boat as well - almost the worse wind/waves I have taken the Beth Ann out on, but we did extremely well - no real big ones, maybe 18 pounds max but numerous fish.

that's my kind of fishing
sucks when work interferes with my fishing
sounds like the bass are chowing down and fattening up already

Figures, I was out there Sunday night......but on a brighter note it wasn't the only place to "explode" in the last two days.

What are your hours now? I pulled into your lot at 1/4 to six Sunday evening and the place was locked up tight.

Why even try.........

It had to happen soon

Figured it would break loose soon, cooler temps a little storm to stir things up and the sun setting earlier all add up.

Bring those big bad boys my way! I'm ready!

Looks like a good spot for a nicely placed hand grenade.
