Take a Break from Winter

A nice piece the local boyz put together. I felt much better after watching it. How 'bout you?

Great job!
I hate winter more than ever now.

Just sharing what I stumbled across. Kudos to whoever pieced all that material together for Maddie's Anglers 2008 Season.

Awesome video, especially when it is 9 degrees out. Gotta get out for tuna again this year. That fish at 6:30 was huge, any idea on the weight of that one?

Everything is better on the rocks.

I forget how much that one went. I think it was high fours. The other one in the cockpit sole was six plus.

Ross -

those guys did a great job with this video ... the tuna was killing me though, as I am now dying to get you there ... great stuff ... and the whales, just hope those things don't rub the bottom of some of those small boats ... we were fishing the Hudson Canyon off Jersey one night, and a group of whales porpoised up in the dark at about 2 a.m. next to our boat, scared the snot out of me, and one of the other boats out there [39 footer] said a whale's fluke kicked his anchor out of the bowsprit and shot it back over the helm into the cockpit behind and almost killed his crew ... crazy stuff ... but really good photos.

Thanks for showing it.
