!!th annual Boston harbor striper shootout june 19 20 2009 rules and prizes update

Hello all Just wanted to let everybody know that the 11th annual boston harbor striper shootout will take place on sat june 20 2009 with the captains dnner at admiral hill marina in chelsea from 5 pm til 9 pm. There will be afew changes this year. First of all the 1st place prize will be $3500 ,2nd place $1000 3rd place $500 for the longest striper, there will be a total of 10 prizes including marine electronics,fishing tackle, gift certificates etc/. Also we're having a slient auction with sports memorobilia including a boston bruins jersey signed by this years team its in a frame with a certificate of authenticity There will be rules changes this year #1 all fish being brought in to measure have to brought in by boat NO MORE DRIVING IN TO MARINA #2 all entrants must pick up a numbered disposable camera at the captains dinner. All fish to be entered must be photogaphed at time of capture and boat name and time must be call in to comitte boat who will verify the catch
