Cool We are turning the corner.........

Ok so its still a ways out but I could not help having some fun with my wife as we were sitting here on Sat morning having coffee. We were talking about the fishing last summer and how it was sooooo good. Then looking up and pointing I yelled "There are birds working...." For a second she scanned the horizon looking for those birds....

Then she hit me

Rock - i think you have a better shot of sliding into the corner due to ice...

But I just want to add that this time last year I was getting my schoolie gear ready as the holdovers were being had in February

Speaking of schoolie hangout and holdovers, here's a shot from the Cape you won't see very often, a view of Bass River frozen from shore to shore. (Keith, is this about what it looked like back when you fished off it in August?) Hope this attachment works

I don't know what you guys are talking about. I had the boat out yesterday for about a half hour or so. Took it down to the gas station to top off the tank and run her for a few minutes. That only made it worse!!!!!!!
