The Quiet Ditch

Fished the West tide last night at the Canal. A little better than it has been with one fish in the mid-20s (44" and released) and 4 others in the 32 to 35" range. Still very quiet for the 1st week in Oct.

No boat, back in the suds.

It's quiet only because I don't make a lot of noise

I have heard the ditch is so quiet that if one were to fart on the east end the sound would echo off the west end.

I know if I had a night like that I be king of my world! I don't think he's complaining though just kinda thinking it might be a little quieter than usual for this time of year.

Geez, Paul, I'm thinking maybe I oughta swap the boat trip for a ride to the Canal...

Hey, BTW, are you gonna be able to make it to any of the Habs festivities?

Chuck:
We will still do the boat trip for the bunker run. If you want to go to the canal with me I'd love the company. Been fishing alone for 3 weeks. Tried to get TT to go but he's just into bustin' ba!!$

Chuck send me a PM if you go I'd could meet you on my way home from work some nite and say hi, if you stay later than 11:45 pm, that is when I leave work and I am only 5 min. away.
