Send me an email with tasks that need doing and i will help out. The big things are lining up a place and deciding the date. After that , most of it gets done on the board like who is bringing what etc.
Let me know what needs to be done.

JohnR, The VFW in Fairhaven has the following Saturdays available, Feb. 13, 27 and March 20.
The RISAA show is March 19-21 and Feb 13th may be to early which leaves Feb 27th.
Therefore, I had the VFW pencil in my name for the Feb 27th pending payment. The next step is for you to confirm this date ASAP so that payment can be made to lock in this date. I will be in that area on Tuesday and I can make the neccessary payment.
PS I did not ask which dates are available in April. Also if you already made a booking there or you don't intend to have it at the VFW then let me know.
Victor

JohnR
Tuesday, Jan 26, at 6:00pm is my deadline for going to VFW to make a deposit. Afterwards in all fairness to others that need "may" need the hall, I am having my name removed from the Feb 27th calender date.
I suggest you reserve the room when your ready that is if it is still available. Good luck
For all I know your not reading this thread.
