Any Plumbers?
Think I may need a water heater. I see new rusty drippage under the heater - sound about right? 
This was under 6-8 inches of water 2 weeks ago. |

Confirmed - need a new (gas) water heater. How hard to install? Any RI area Plumbers want some side work?
