trailer/truck storage for a week around Falmouth

I asked this question a couple years ago and ended up taking the trailer over on the ferry which turned out to be pretty easy relatively.

We've got a vacation on the Vineyard coming up in September and this year it will not be possible to take the boat over on the trailer, nor do I want to PAY for that.

I may have a place to leave the truck and trailer but the problem is, is it's most likely not near the launch. This would be fine if I wasn't doing launch and retrieve solo. That being the case. The fiance doesn't feel comfortable driving the truck and trailer from point a to point b and I can't blame her since I'm now longer than a school bus.

Is there any launches on the cape that provide overnight parking? Or something that will resolve my dilemma? I have a bit more range with this boat, and weather won't be too much of a problem (every year we leave in torrential rain) but being hurricane season I don't want to get stuck so I want to keep it as close to the Vineyard as possible.

Give Edwards boat yard (Falmouth) a call, if they don't provide this service, they may know who does.

Can't you leave the truck and trailer at most ramps? You pay by the day. Most lots have a couple trucks in them at night.

Why don't you keep it in the Vineyard Ferry parking lot in Falmouth? You have to pay for it but it will be fine. Also there is a shuttle bus that goes to the ferry. There is a ramp nearby.

A better bet for keeping it in Falmouth proper is to ask a few of the shop/hotel owners along the water front. They may do it for a few bucks.
