J E T S, Jets, Jets, Jets!!
Anyone want to make some small $ bets on next weeks game with the loser having to donate the $ to a charity for the holiday? Maybe drop a $5 in Salvation Army bucket (on the honor system)?

I have the tickets let me know when you want to go. It's a USMC facility, you'll do well there.

Pats got Homefield..that'll be the difference. Jets have been getting a few early xmas gifts the past few weeks....Houston should be taken out and Shot.
And hate to break the news to you Skippy....chiefs won't make the Playoffs this season.

Rather have Cry babies (even though once they start crying Belichek shows them the door) than a team of overpaid Underachievers....How's that 15 mil a year for Cassell treating ya?
we're Paying almost 1/2 that for Brady......

Honestly hes treating us very well, and i don't think pretty boy Brady is worth 1/4 of that. The Pats messed up when they let cassle go. So you lose our gain. I would also like to point out that Cassel is only guaranteed 28 million over 6 years with the options for bonuses and a max payout of 63 million which is on par with Brady.
However what do you think he is going to want to get paid after this year and inmh he is not worth it.

You have to be high, or a brand newbie football fan.... NFL salary cap dictated that Cassel would be gone. He served us well while filling in, but that was all he was doing. Strictly a caretaking roll. While his numbers this year are a marked improvement over last year's, you aren't seriously going to put his worth ahead of Brady's, are you? Call Tom any name you want. He has more rings than Cassel has snaps in post season games. Just like you can't buy class, you can't buy leadership or the fire that Brady instills in his team. Show me where any ex-Patriot player on KC's roster that has been quoted saying he would take Cassel over Brady..... Don't think you'll find one.

Ummm...he is already under contract through the 2014 season.
he is also QB'ing the #1 offense in the NFL....so I think he's worth it.
Cassell...the #10 offense....in the AFC

Didn't realize they sign Tom to a 4 year 72 million dollar deal, with a guarantee 48 million.
you might want to recheck your information Matt is behind the 3rd rated offense in the NFL behind NE and Philly with 25.9 points per game. i would also like to point out that with the lack lust front line the Chiefs have Matt is still ranked #4 and Tom number 2, behind Mike Vick. Both Tom and Matt have only thrown 4 int's Tom has 23 td's and Matt has 22. When you put them side by side they are pretty even, but i give the upper hand to Matt not cause i am a fan but hes only been with KC a short time and only to get better.
The Dad its always nice to discuss topics with you.

So you have reduced the basis of your argument to upside potential?!?!?
Boston sports fans have had that force fed to us for decades before the current ownership came in. Bon appetit!

Ross, My going postal is:
Post Office - "That will be extra money..."
PS - "That is crazy. May I please have my package back. I'll take it somewhere else"
PO - "Here you go."
PS - "Thanks, and have a good day"

Actually my numbers were fine when I posted them.....you were looking at them after they updated the 4 O'Clock Games, where I was looking at them before.....right now the Chiefs are at #4 since San Diego has passed them also, from last nights game.
The Chiefs strength is there rushing game....that leads the league. they are ranked 25th in the Passing Game.
And Don't get me wrong....I like Matt Cassell....he did exactly what he needed to do as a backup QB for us and I'm glad he got his Payday and a chance to prove himself.....now he needs to prove himself.
But to put Cassell Ahead of Brady...Or Manning...or Roethlesburger....or Even Philip Rivers in your own Division is pretty much out there.
