I'm going to be cleaning and drying out my basement. Had a sump pump failure while on vacation and came home to almost 2" of water in both the finished side and storage side of it. The good thing is that I'll be able to get rid of a bunch of ruined stuff and make room for more fishing gear.

Might try for a brown trout or steelhead here in vermont rivers if it gets above 32f. Otherwise cross country skiing and tying flies.

Some work some play. Going to take my Wife into NYC for dinner and shopping. Maybe start on my taxes and a few chores around the house. First weekend since the beginning of the year I don't have to work.

Dinner and drinks tonight for a friend's surprise birthday (shocked it hasn't been ruined yet). Tomorrow and Sunday, bringing my daughter's to hockey games and coaching (Sunday @ 6:30 am, yikes). Maybe a hike with the puppy somewhere in between. Anybody see that B's/Habs game? Good stuff.
