First In Last Out

My boat is lonely at my marina.

The fair weather mariners wait until freakin memorial day to put in, then pull at labor day. ??????

Had a good weekend of flatty fishing. Friday we kept a charter very happy with lots of tasty filets.

I put the finishing touches on the boat Saturday and we went out today. Fishing started slow then was awesome on the dropping tide. We had an aquarium of flattys. Wifey cooked up a big pan of them tonight. I'm stuffed. Man can she cook.

Yeah, pretty lonely at my marina. 2 other CC and some big boats that never leave. People sleep and drink on them all weekend. They don't even need a motor!

No boat, back in the suds.

Looks like it's filling up pretty quick down there now Van. Everyday I go by and it seems to be more boats than the previous day.

Already the 3rd week of May and I'm still not in. Fastest cure for boating/fishing sickness is 3 kids playing softball & baseball.....

Next week.

Hey Van, what number slip is that? 28? I'm moving to 36 this year. I was in early last year, but this year family commitments and work have kept me out of the water. At this point I'll be waiting until after memorial day weekend to put in. I didn't take her out until November last year. I've got a 17' Mako CC....stop by and say hi!

That is not my slip, I pulled in there to wait for the tide, I'm near the gangway. We'll meet up eventually. I'll be fishing this weekend, took Friday also, but some some "honeydo" list to work on and finish the battery install in the boat.
