Yamaha motor mechanic

Can someone PM me the name and contact info for a Yami outboard (4 stroke) motor mechanic in RI? My transmission just started grinding when I shift (once in awhile) in and out at low speed. Yesterday it didn't fully engage and I had to slip it in and out twice.
I run always in the dark and just don't want to tempt fate.

No boat, back in the suds.

No. New SS prop with new pitch. Tranny reacted differently going into gear.

No boat, back in the suds.

wow, I thought it would have been the shift linkage binding and not shifting fully into gear
