What I'm really wishing is that my neighbors, who borrowed my basement pump months ago, hadn't left town for the storm.... I have spares, but that one was designed for the job. should it come to that...

They live in the ocean and float, I really don't think they give a crap, maybe a little uncomfortable. Most likely have have a blast in the surf.

They get way up on the beach and weather it out or go offshore.
