FUll MOON FISHING?

Hey guys. Im new to the site. I just want to say hi to everybody. Theres nothing more i'd rather do then go striped bass fishing. I want to go out to Sandy Hook Nj tonight for some bass fishing but for some odd reason I cant ever seem to catch bass on a full moon? Im going to use bunker chunks. Is it a good idea to go out today? I know the full me people have there own opinions. I just want to know the truth. And if sombody wants to go out to sandy hook tonight Im willing to meet up over there?

I can pretty much Guarantee that if you don't go you won't catch anything

Its supposed to be the "smallest" full moon of the year anyways, due to the distance of the moon from the Earth. Let us know how you did, maybe we'll road trip and attack Jersey!

I have done VERY well on dark full moons. Add some cloud cover and things often turn on in a big way. Without cloud cover, you'll need to find deep water to succeed.

Full moon, not a cloud in the sky, 2 to 6 feet of water, seas 1 foot or less... Now that's what I call ideal night time conditions.

Very rarely does a full moon let me down.

Good ya got out TRT.
There was a NE wind last night which is not the best for
that area. I've found NW is best and is usually more important
than the moon phase, except new moon. Just my experience.
