Ostrich Burger, delicious

Just got in some fresh ground ostrich burger at work, beautiful deep red color.

90 percent lean, antibotic and hormone free, free range from Neveda farms.

flavor is great, not gamey at all, tastes like a real hi end cut of beef.

will be running it for a special over the weekend.

last week we had some fresh bison burger come in, from colorado, stuff was amazing, best burger ive had in a long time. free range, antibotic and hormone free too.

great thing about working in the restaurant business is access to all these great items you have trouble finding.

if you can find kiwi berrys, try those too.

What's a kiwi berry? Never heard of it. Ostrich and bison are both good. Ultra lean for those worried about fat in their burgers.

this is so info on the kiwi berry, sometimes tough to find, but worth it if you like kiwi.

The fruit are referred to as Hardy kiwifruit, kiwi berry, arctic kiwi, baby kiwi, dessert kiwi or cocktail kiwi and are edible, berry or grape-sized fruit similar to kiwifruit in taste and appearance, but are green or purple with smooth skin. Often sweeter than the kiwifruit, hardy kiwifruit can be eaten whole and need not be peeled. Thin-walled, its exterior is smooth and leathery

Man do I love Bison burger. I made chili with Whitetailed Venison, Moose venison, and cut it with ground turkey...

Try the one in Fairhaven. Around the back on the side near the bike path, I saw some women who looked like they were selling bj's.
