Rest in peace FF James Rice, Peabody fire. First the Worcester 6, then FF John Davies of Worcester Fire and now FF James Rice. Just been a bad year.

At the Pats game today before the National Anthem, the Kraft family asked for a moment of silence in rememberence of Mr. Rice.

We go to too many funerals for line of duty deaths. These are just the local ones, the ones we hear about, there are many more we don't even know happened. Very sad. We had 82 firefighters go to Worcester last week and we already have more than one bus full for this Friday. I hope this one is televised so we can watch at the station.
