Last night Ross ( Nightfighter) delivered my Angler of the year award, with it a surprise left over from plugfest.. "best representation of a classic" award as well... I just want to thank everyone that voted me as Angler of the year.. I am truely flattered.. and will do everything I can to live up to the honor that that award signifies.
A special thank you to John R forunning this site and giving us a place to ... share ideas.. meet new friends... maybe even fish together and talk about fishing and sometimes to vent our frustrations with the world when no one else will listen...the forum he has made here is truely first class...
And again to Ross.. thank you for accepting the award in my behalf and being kind enough to drive to my house and deliver it to me.. it was above and beyond...
Pffft.... You got your hardware... I got to spend time getting ideas from viewing your shop set up, pick your brain for how you take a need and work to come up with a plug to fit that need. Also got to see the various projects you have in progress! Dust collection set up has me rethinking my shop's set up! The danny, small darter and sand eel swimmer were icing on the cake. I got more out of our visit than you will know!
