Talking A Plug Giveaway...'Cause I Feel Like It

Want a shot at this Gibbs Danny?

Just write a sentence or two in this thread about how you think "s-b.com rocks" or how "JohnR is the balls."

I'll assign each response a number, and pick a number out of a hat or something at around 5:00 p.m. today (Thursday).

this shouldnt even be a question cause of all the good experience ive learned off this board, the awsome guys i have met and fished with i caught my first schoolie of the year in may and hopefully alot more this year due directly to striper-bass.com this winter was boring got a little carried away with some goofy pics got alot of laughs at times reading some of the foolishness that goes on during the winter months im not looking forward to next winter by the way i havnt posted a pic in along time. thats what i love about striped-bass.com its not just a fishing site its a site to meet good freinds who share the passion i share thanks johnr awsome site!! macey and baby michael!!

Mrmacey,

Great baby sitter. How much do you pay her/him?

Both the sitter and baby look very happy.

Nice photo!

S-B.com is a great place because the crowd here is interested in FISHING and being friends. John is THE BEST because he lets us say what we want and plug the gear we use, plus he schooled me on how to fish eels . The people here are great, I've met some excellent folks here most of them would give you the shirt of their backs if you needed it.

SB rocks because of good fish/boat talk,no ad's, and an administrator who put together an easy to use web site that meets and exceeds the needs of north east fisherman.

Striped-Bass.com is the place I go when I need ruba', wood, or fishin' info.
From the surf or from the yak', when I need tips I rush right back.
I put up a post and hit refresh; it's the honest answers that I like best!

Talking

I recently joined SB about 2 months ago and since
then have had the pleasure of meeting some of you out fishing early this season. I also enjoy reading all the great fishing threads and all the silly threads that are just for a laugh.
As for JohnR, I hope to get to know him better through MSBA as
we are fellow members, but as far as this site goes it is an absolute blast. Thanks JohnR.

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

I must give John his props for creating a site free from politics and squabbling that has provided me plenty of new knowledge and comraderie. He has done an outstanding job with S-B.

s-b.com rocks becuase:
here i learned how to build plugs, finish them, caught with them, built a rod, learned how to use a needle, and how to jig.

this placed is wicked awsome. the people are the best. its the best place ever, its the first thing i want to do everyday when i come home from school. people here are like a second family. i cant wait to go and see what somebody has caught or see some hilarious pictures. this is the only place where there is a group of people who love fishing as much as i do. this is the best place ever. i love this place. especially when theres plugs involved.

live to fish. fish to live. rod tips high.

"s-b.com rocks" or how "JohnR is the balls."

s-b.com rocks because there aren't any "clicky" groups/posses pounding on members not in these groups.

JohnR is the balls because - He's a guy?

S-B.COM is a great site. There is a good spirit and positive group of people here. Although I've never met him, I'm sure it's due to the guy at the top. This site is the first thing I check in the AM and the last at night. I even take a peak once and a while while at work (like every 30 minutes).
