Roughly rectangular shape, had several oblong objects with metal hooks...

This morning, parking lot area. Looks to me to me the individual forgot the bag when they were loading up to leave the area.

I did it.

I left a custom 8 large tube plug bag chock full of real custom plugs ( probably 25-30 and not a single one that you could buy) sitting on the town bulkhead at my harbor. Came back 2 days later and it was still there. I've got a good harbor.
