RI Sound Ride

Saturday scouted the sound from Westport to Cox's Ledge, few wrecks, and over to The Mud Hole but couldn't find a fish. Did about 100mi and depths varied from 90 - 210'. Water temp was a uniform 39-40dF. Not much going on out there and didn't see either the FF or IC boats. The IC said even they had a bad day finding only 6 fish (at least that was what I assume based on the picture on FB). Reports were very good earlier in the week but you could definitely see the trend was downwards. Apparently the moon moved out of favor, we missed by 1 day an exceptional day on Rav's 2013 calendar but his calendar also seems off by about 2-3 days for the killer catch.

Anyways Mike (The Freak not O.D.), Christian, and Steve (my boat tech) other than being cold had a nice day on the water.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Saw you come in past my marina Phil. You guys got off just in time as there was an unfavorable wind shift that could have spoiled a bad day of fishing.I am thinking 2 weeks before I am in for the season.
