Comm SB prices in the round
What was the spread this past summer?
$x - $x
I know what it was at market, what was it in the round? The price jack between the two was stupid high. Just looking for a mean value. PM me if you dont want to post here.

The price jack as you call it, is really always high for all fish species. I figure between what the boat gets in the round and retail fillet is about 4 times higher.

stayed around 5.00$ Most of the season lowest it went was 3.75$. If a 40lb fish goes at auction for 5.50$ at a 2/3 yield or so, the price per pound(filet) would be 8.50$ and a retailer would want a food cost on an unprepared item to be a min of 50% which would give You a price of 17.00$ per pound at the counter.

Thank you, I saw $20 for filets this past summer. Immediately next to the bass filets was swordfish at the same price!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.
