Finding Mackeral N. Shore
I am looking for a good area to catch some live mackeral in the N.Shore area- Newburyport? I am having no luck at breaking rock the past few weeks.

no macks now. pollocks are roaming. herring run is in rockport in august. if u want macks. u can start in sept in rockport. as for other areas, i have no knowledges for that.

try using herrings.
