First bass trip

I've been haddock fishing mostly so far but needed to hear some drag. Andy and victor were the crew and we hit our first spot around sunrise. There were terns everywhere. Bait everywhere but only small bass. We ran a bit to stop 2 and it was blowing up. Massive schools of fish willing to eat just about anything. Spent the next 6 hours hammering quality fish most between 20-30 pounds. Will put up some pix later

my 1st wife didn't like me fishing so much

Thankfully this is a post about fishing, otherwise it might raise a few eyebrows

It's always good to hear a rod and reel scream, as compared to hearing an angler scream when they lose a cow, lose a lure or break their gear...

I am a legend in my own mind!

Does your incessant whining make you feel better? How about you just shut the hell up and suck it up? It's a fishing forum , so please just stop.

I've been focusing on bass I can eat the past couple days and I'd go again if my thumb wasn't too raw to continue; nice time out I'm taking my rapala left hand glove to land these shaking 30 grit sandpapers. Don't they look good on my filet station, colors are a perfect match.
