I went into my buggy an grabbed an flashlight-aluminum of course. Opened mouth and put it into my 3rd hand. Cold metal warm wet mouth yup you goy iy. stuck the damn thing to my tongue. I wrap the end of my mini-maglite with 10-15 courses of electrical tape. Mainly so it's more comfortable on the teeth. Can also peel off a course when it starts to look a little sketchy. Should work for sticky tongue prevention too.
